REFUND POLICY

"Soul-Aligned Caroline " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from Soul-Aligned Caroline and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date

Refunds of Coaching Services and Tech Packages

To be eligible for a refund on any Coaching Services and Tech Packages,  the following steps must be taken:

Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with a 7-day written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for the payment of all services rendered until the termination date. No refund is available for payments made.
